We are not a platform. We are not a booking engine. We are a small team of specialists who build complete travel programmes around the events and experiences that matter most to our clients.

Conversation first
Every relationship begins with a conversation. We want to understand what you are trying to achieve before we suggest anything. There is no pitch deck.

One adviser
You have one point of contact throughout. Not a team. Not a rota. The same person who takes the brief handles every element of the programme — and is reachable when it matters.

Honest access
We are explicit about what is official and what is not. If a third party is involved in the access chain, you will know. If access cannot be guaranteed, we say so.
What we do not do
- We do not sell packages we have not vetted ourselves.
- We do not describe access as official when it passes through third parties.
- We do not use automated systems to personalise communication — you speak with a person.
- We do not operate a public waiting list for Apex Privé.
